Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re not able to ship internationally at this time. If you’re ordering from outside the US, feel free to email us and we’ll let you know if that changes.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown on the checkout page before you confirm and pay, so you can review your full order total—including shipping—before completing your purchase. There are no hidden fees added afterward.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, we process it within 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday). Once it ships, estimated delivery is 4-8 business days—approximately 5-11 business days in total from the date you order.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery can vary depending on the carrier, your location, and busy periods. You’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

We’re sorry if something arrived that isn’t right. Please email us as soon as possible after your order arrives and include your order number along with a few clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where a return is due.

What condition must items be in to be eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. We inspect all returns on arrival and may refuse a refund for items that are used, damaged, or not in the condition described above.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns are sent to our return center, and depending on your location, additional costs such as customs duties or taxes may apply. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return can be matched to your order and refunded promptly.

How do I start a return?

Starting a return is simple. Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return, and we’ll send you the return instructions and address. Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and possible duties or taxes may apply. Will my jewelry rust or tarnish?

We use durable stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and holds up well to everyday wear. With proper care, it resists tarnishing and fading over time.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals and wipe it dry after contact with water.

What payment methods can I use?

We’ve made paying easy and secure. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Your payment details are encrypted at checkout, and we don’t store your full card details on our servers.
